Return and Refund Policy

At BELLA SCENTS NZ, each decant is carefully hand-filled, packaged, and checked to ensure you receive your scent in perfect condition.

Because our products are custom-decanted and made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, dislike of scent, or used/opened items.

Perfume preference is very personal — that’s why we offer smaller decant sizes to let you explore before committing to a full bottle!

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we’ll happily make it right. Please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your Name and order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Important Notes

  • All items must be unopened and unused for any return to be considered.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by postal services once items are dispatched.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, perfume decants cannot be restocked or reused.
