Please note that orders made during weekends and public holidays are dispatched and shipped on the next business day.

We are based in Auckland, New Zealand, and deliver orders nationwide within 5–10 business days.

• Rural Delivery: NZ$12

Once your tracking number has been issued, please allow up to 24 hours for it to become active with the courier.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Please note that any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control. We will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos, and we will replace the item or issue store credit.
